Carol Jenkins lives in Ward, Colorado, a small town in the Rocky Mountains and been a professional painter of oils for many years. She currently shows in galleries in Colorado, Utah and Connecticut. Specializing in oils, her formal training took place at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and her style has been refined through studies with acclaimed artists throughout the west.

Her work has been included in multiple national juried and invitational shows and she has been honored to receive many awards for her paintings.

“I am continuously excited by the beauty I see all around me, particularly in nature, and being able to translate that vision to my canvas. So many great painters of the past and present inspire and excite me. I love the idea that my paintings could bring the same type of joy to others.”
